This tense is similar to simple past like it is describing an action in the future, but in this tense you will describing an action while it is happening in the future with or without specific time.

 

I will be eating chocolate (when you come home at 7pm tomorrow).

I am going to be watching a film (when you come home at 7pm tomorrow) .

 

Opposite:

 

I will not be eating chocolate when you come home.

I am not going to be watching a film when you come home.

 

You can also use it when you know other things will happen at the same time.

 

I will be eating chocolate when you make dinner.

 

Opposite:

 

I will not be eating chocolate when you make dinner.

 

Future Continuous!

I will be having some very nice Japanese food when I go on holiday in Japan.
